It all began in 1992 with Roger Kaege's master craftsman's certificate in bodywork and vehicle construction. Our modern body shop was established in Stetten before the turn of the millennium, which later functioned as a comprehensive service point: repair acceptance, damage calculation, insurance processing and professional repair or restoration of vehicles. Since 2003, we have been setting new standards in automotive tuning. Thanks to our proximity to the Nürburgring, we established ourselves in the motorsport and tuning scene and were able to continuously expand our expertise. The new building, completed in 2019, connects the main and office buildings and creates additional space for garages and showrooms. This has expanded the range of future projects, especially for our RETRO department and Porsche tuning. The growing worldwide popularity of KAEGE RETRO® vehicles has resulted in an exclusive small series of unique vehicles produced annually, which are shipped from Stetten to destinations around the world. From 2025 onwards, further extensive renovations and investments in manufacturing and production areas will accompany our quality standards. The aim is to further optimise our processes, strengthen production and permanently secure our high standards.

Wheel alignment
More driving comfort, safety and protection against unnecessary and expensive wear and tear: there are many good reasons to regularly check your axles and have the toe, camber, caster and wheel load adjusted. Even a small bump on the kerb or other seemingly minor incidents can affect the axle geometry and have annoying consequences. Our workshop in Stetten is equipped with a modern measuring system and will get your vehicle back on track. With millimetre and minute precision.
Chassis setup
Whether threaded suspension systems, hydraulic lift systems, racing or sports suspension systems: with KW suspension systems, we install high-end products that carry the ‘smell of the Nordschleife’. KAEGE RETRO® department
The KAEGE RETRO® is built exclusively by our team in our workshops in Stetten in the Palatinate region. Each vehicle is unique, created entirely by hand with a wealth of experience in bodywork construction and in collaboration with professionals from other trades – exactly according to the customer’s wishes. We put passion and the highest manufacturing precision into every RETRO – and above all, time. As a result, we can only complete a maximum of 5 vehicles per year on behalf of our customers.
